V.I.P. Estate was founded in 1983 at Hasan Terrace, Khayaban-e-Roomi, Clifton, Block-5, Karachi, Pakistan, at a small premise with 3 workers. Business transactions in those days were few and that too in rentals By hard work and innovative ways, the Company started progressing and by 1987 the company was moved to its present premises, which is one of the best location, near 3 swords monument on the main Clifton road in Karachi. Our office is hardly 5 to 10 minutes drive from city centre with ample car parking, calm and quite area, free from pollution, noise and traffic jams. The entire area of Clifton and adjacent to Bath Island, Defence Society, Frere Town, Civil Lines etc. representing the posh areas of Karachi.
